SUMMARY
Purpose of work: Ascertain and estimate the change of arterial blood pressure in the areas of arm, wrist, finger and the change of hearts systole frequency using static and dynamic strain for all kinds of groups: different age and sex.
Goals:
- Ascertain the effect of static and dynamic strain for arterial blood pressure and for heart‘s systole frequency.
- Examine the phenomenon of blood repartition and the arterial blood pressure registering investigative groups of different age and sex.
- Estimate the effect of static exercise for the change of arterial blood pressure in different investigative groups.
- Estimate the effect of dynamic exercise for the change of arterial blood pressure in different investigative groups.
Contingent of investigative and the methods of investigation: The contingent of investigative is constituted by 67 sound investigative, without any clinical complaints: 38 are men and 29 – women. 15 men and 16 women, they performed the static exercise to fortify the muscles of back. 23 men and 13 women, they performed the dynamic exercise to fortify the muscles of shoulders. To estimate functional rate of heart we were using the measurers of arterial blood pressure OMRON. The measurers were registered 2 times: before the exercise and 60s after the exercise. Arterial blood pressure was measured in 3 places of left hand-in the areas of arm, wrist and finger registering systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The systole frequency of heart was also measured in 3 places of left hand before and after strain. Every investigative, before performing the exercises, had to warming-up about 10min. During the investigation the investigative performed: A exercise- exercise to fortify the muscles of back performing the static strain- the erection of back using special trainer. Arterial blood pressure and pulse were measured before the exercise and 60s. after the exercise. B exercise – exercise to fortify the top of body, the muscles of shoulders performing the dynamic strain – the handle of special trainer is pulled over the head; this exercise is performing in sitting position. This exercise was performed with different strain for every investigative. Arterial blood pressure and pulse were measured before and 60s after exercise.
Results: We estimate the results of investigation and we remark the different reaction using the static and dynamic exercises for different groups of muscles. During the A exercise for back muscles, the pulse started to thin. The pulse started to thin in the groups on either sex. After B, dynamic exercise to fortify shoulders muscles, the pulse started to frequent but not equally. In the groups of men the pulse was stable and in the groups of women, the pulse after the strain started to thin. Blood pressure rate’s change was observed in 3 places: in the areas of arm, wrist, finger performing the exercises to fortify the muscles of back and shoulders. The rates changed in all groups. The arterial blood pressure changed after the exercises to fortify back muscles in all 3 places: arm, wrist, finger. The same rates are observed between men and women. Performing the topical exercise to fortify the muscles of top of body, we observe the down of arterial blood pressure in the areas of arm and finger, but in the area of wrist –arterial blood pressure started to augment. The results were conditioned by the relaxation of peripheral blood track and because the blood track of wrist became active.
Conclusions: Arterial blood pressure rates shows not typically reaction in the strain using the exercises to fortify the different groups of muscles. The reaction of arterial blood pressure was observed in different groups of sex and age. The firs group was to 45 year, the young group of age, and over 45 year, elder group of age. Arterial blood pressure reaction performing the exercises to different groups of muscles, wasn‘t the same. Blood pressure exercise to fortify the muscles of back, after the strain started to diminish in all places of arterial blood pressure. Arterial blood pressure exercise to fortify the muscles of shoulders, the tendencies were different. Blood pressure, after the performing of exercise started to diminish in the areas of arm and finger but in the area of wrist – started to augment.
