title: Prevalence of HPV associated head and neck cancer for the last five years
Aim:
The principle aim need to highlight is developing a link between Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and head and neck cancers which took place during the last five-year time. Looking at the available head and neck cancers data, I will create the link between this type of malignancy and HPV by searching through the literature thoroughly. This analysis will lay the foundation for a wider discourse on global trends and outlook. By this, we go beyond the context of a one country and get something more globally accepted.
Objectives: • HPV prevalence in head and neck cancers for the last 5 years and how its involving in recent years. • To find the areas of head and neck cancers where is the highest association with HPV cancer. • To discuss the treatment of HPV head and neck cancer.
methodology: The method of this original systematic literature review has been elaborately created to follow the Principles of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). The purpose is to highlight the current trends, of HPV and head and neck cancers prevalence in the last five years. The study envisions to aggregate the quantitative data from the different research studies of HPV-related oncological research within this domain to have a more definite grasp of the current mindset of the HPV-related oncological research within this targeted range. The core keyword domain consisted of "HPV," "head and neck cancer," "HPV Associated" "increase/increasing," "epidemiology," "oncology," "virology, "squamous cell," and "papillomavirus".
results: During the thorough research literature review, we carefully studied seven crucial research projects done to both uphold the incidence rates of human papillomavirus (HPV) among head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC) and to restate the clinical significance of this virus in the occurrence of such cancers. This thorough analysis discovered, that the HPV relationship to the oncogenesis is quite intricate and multifaceted, the survival outcome after the disease is less optimistic, and the response to treatment modalities in OPC is not very satisfactory. Driven by this consolidated point of view, the studies combined create a wider vision regarding the effect of HPV on the course and the prognosis of OPC, the likely effects of HPVT on OPC by means of various therapeutic options. Through a review of these key studies which synthesizes the research finding, our study emphasizes the major role of HPV as a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis and directs the treatment plans to improve patient care in HNSCC.
conclusion: The study on the intricate bond between human papillomavirus (HPV) and oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinomas (OPC) was based on the extensive examination of seven significant studies that have contributed extensively to the scientific knowledge base in this domain. This comprehensive meta-analysis has not only shown the melean overnight delivery prognostic opportunity that comes with HPV positivity in OPC but also highlighted the remarkable multi-factorial interplay between the genetic alterations, the demographic factors, the viral coinfections, and the environmental factors.
