Vadovas- asistentas: dr. Erika Endzelytė. Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universitetas, Medicinos akademija, Slaugos fakultetas, Reabilitacijos katedra, Klinikos. Kaunas, 2024 m; 46p. Mokslinio tyrimo tikslas. Įvertinti pacientų, patyrusių galvos smegenų insultą, savarankiškumo ir plaštakos funkcijos pokyčius po ergoterapijos programos, taikant smegenų-kompiuterio sąsajos sistemą Tyrimo uždaviniai. 1. Įvertinti pacientų, patyrusių galvos smegenų insultą, rankų jėgos pokyčius po ergoterapijos programos, kurioje buvo taikoma smegenų-kompiuterio sąsaja pagrįsta sistema. 2. Įvertinti pacientų, patyrusių galvos smegenų insultą, rankų funkcijos pokyčius po ergoterapijos, taikant smegenų-kompiuterio sąsaja pagrįstą sistemą. 3. Įvertinti pacientų, patyrusių galvos smegenų insultą, kasdienės veiklos savarankiškumo pokyčius po ergoterapijos, taikant smegenų-kompiuterio sąsajos pagrindu veikiančią sistemą. Metodologija. Tyrime dalyvauja 44 abiejų lyčių pacientai. Iš viso atrinkti 27 vyrai ir 17 moterų. Pacientų amžiaus grupė suskirstyta į keturias kategorijas: jaunų suaugusiųjų, suaugusiųjų, vidutinio amžiaus ir senyvo amžiaus. Šiame tyrime atlikti keli testai, pavyzdžiui, dinamometrijos matavimas, funkcinio savarankiškumo matavimas, dėžės ir bloko testai. Duomenys surinkti naudojant SPSS programinę įrangą, o duomenys analizuoti naudojant Microsoft Excel programą. Tyrimo išvados. Pritaikius individualią ergoterapiją, nustatytas statistiškai reikšmingas rankų jėgos padidėjimas. Pritaikius individualią ergoterapiją, nustatytas statistiškai reikšmingas plaštakos funkcijos padidėjimas. vertinus individualių ergoterapijos užsiėmimų veiksmingumą, nustatytas statistiškai reikšmingas pacientų, patyrusių galvos smegenų insultą, savarankiškumo padidėjimas. Labiausiai pagerėjo pacientų gebėjimas savarankiškai apsirengti viršutinę ir apatinę kūno dalį, tuštintis ir persikelti į tualetą.
Ann Mary Jose. “CHANGES IN INDEPENDENCE AND HAND FUNCTION IN STROKE PATIENTS AFTER OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND BRAIN-COMPUTER INTERFACE SYSTEM WAS APPLIED.” Bachelor’s thesis. Supervisor - Assist. Erika Endzelytė. Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Medical Academy, Faculty of Nursing, Department of Rehabilitation, Clinics. Kaunas, 2024; 46p. Aim of Research. To evaluation changes in independence and hand function in stroke patients after occupational therapy program using brain-computer interface system was applied. Objectives of the Research. 1. To assess changes in hand strength of stroke patients following occupational therapy with Brain-computer Interface based system was applied. 2. To assess changes in hand function of stroke patients following occupational therapy with Brain-computer Interface based system was applied. 3. To assess changes in independence in activities of daily living of stroke patients following occupational therapy with Brain-computer Interface based system was applied. Methodology. The research involves 44 patients in terms of both genders. A total number of 27 males are selected and 17 females are selected. The age group of patients are divided into four categories such as young adults, adults, middle age and old. In this study, multiple test have been done such as dynamometry measurement, functional independence measurement, and box and block tests. The data is collected and analysed with the help of Microsoft Excel. Conclusion of the Research.
- After applied individual occupational therapy, a statistically significant increase in hand strength of stroke patients was identified.
- After applied individual occupational therapy, a statistically significant improvement in hand function of stroke patients was identified.
- After evaluating the effectiveness of individual occupational therapy sessions, a statistically significant increase in independence of stroke patients was identified. Most improved patient’s ability to dress upper and lower body, bowel management and toilet transfer Independently.
