Judesių baimės ir reabilitacijos efektyvumo ryšys pacientams po artroskopinės peties sąnario operacijos = : The Relationship between the fear of movement and the effectiveness of rehabilitation after arthroscopic shoulder joint surgery / Laura Jankovskaja, Inesa Rimdeikienė

Tyrimo tikslas. Įvertinti judesių baimės įtaką reabilitacijos efektyvumui pacientams po artroskopinės peties sąnario operacijos. Tyrimo metodika. Tyrime dalyvavo 16 tiriamųjų (1 grupė, kurie jautė nedidelę judesių baimę n=7; 2 grupė tiriamųjų, kurie jautė didelę judesių baimę n=9) ir jiems atlikta artroskopinė peties sąnario operacija. Abiejų grupių tiriamiesiems buvo taikoma kineziterapija, elektrostimuliacija, šviesos terapija, magneto terapija, ultragarso terapija, masažas. Tiriamieji buvo testuojami du kartus – prieš reabilitaciją ir po jos. Abiejų grupių tiriamiesiems goniometru buvo matuotos žasto judesių amplitudės, rankiniu hidrauliniu dinamometru matuota plaštakos suspaudimo jėga, Skaičių analogijos skale (SAS) vertintas skausmas, apskaičiuotas Rankos, peties ir plaštakos negalios balas (DASH), Peties skausmo ir funkcijos sutrikimo laipsnis (SPADI), Judesių baimės vertinimo klausimynu (TSK) įvertinta judesių baimė. Statistinė tyrimo duomenų analizė atlikta „SPSS 20.0“ (Statistical Package for the Social sciences) programa ir „Excel 2010“ programa. Rezultatai. Po reabilitacijos abiejų grupių tiriamųjų žasto judesių amplitudė ir plaštakos suspaudimo jėga statistiškai reikšmingai padidėjo, o skausmas sumažėjo (p<0,05). Abiejų grupių tiriamųjų rankos, peties ir plaštakos negalia bei peties funkcijos ir sutrikimo laipsnis statistiškai reikšmingai sumažėjo (p<0,05). Tiriamųjų, jaučiančių nedidelę judesių baimę operuotos pusės žasto atitraukimo, lenkimo ir išorinės rotacijos amplitudė padidėjo labiau (p<0,05) nei tiriamųjų, jaučiančių didelę judesių baimę. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of fear movement on the efficacy of rehabilitation in patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder joint surgery. Objectives of the study: 1.To evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation after arthroscopic surgery of patients who feel a slight fear of movement. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation after a shoulder joint arthroscopic surgery in patients who are experiencing a significant fear of movement. 3. To evaluate the relationship between the movement of fear and rehabilitation in patients after arthroscopic shoulder joint surgery. Methods. The study involved 16 subjects (group I with a slight fear of movement n=7; group 2 with a high fear of movement n=9), after arthroscopic shoulder joint surgery. In both groups the subjects underwent therapy in the physiotherapy room, electrostimulation, light therapy, magnetotherapy, ultrasound therapy, massage. The subject were tested 2 times – before the rehabilitation and 2 weeks after. In both groups, the amplitudes of the upper shoulder were measured applying goniometry, the hand compression force was measured by the hand hydraulic dynamometer, the pain degree was measured according to the Scale Analogue (SAS) Scale, the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) Questionnaire, Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPDI), and the Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia (TSK) were used to evaluate the fear of movements [...].
