Dentistry - narrow and specialized field of medicine, the job requires a lot of physical strength and can be frustrating: longer working day in seldentary, working field is very small, and attention should be concentrated to even smaller abjects. Working long and large static load is in the neck, shoulder muscles. This may influence the onset of pain. Aim of the study: 1. To determine the relationship between back pain and fatigue characteristics. 2. To evaluate the fatigue specificities during the day and during the week. Subject and methods. The study included 20 dentists, mean age 39 years. Subjects were selected based on age, length of service, the duration of the working day. Each test has been studied infour times: in the beginning of the work week: before and after the working day and in the end of working week before and after the working day. Dentists in back pain and fatigue were used to evaluate the following methods: 1. Electrocardiography (ECG analysis system "Kaunas-Load). 2. Questionnaire (Digital assessment of pain). 3. Mathematical Statistics Electrocardiography tests evaluated heart rate variability: alpha very low frequency, low-frequency alpha wave alpha oscillations (Hz). [...].
