Introduction. Drugs for pain and anti-inflammatory are the analgesics used commonly across the world today. They suppress pain, inflammation and fever, although at over dose they can cause severe toxic effects. Combination of NSAID's and opioid analgesics could relueve pain, but over dose these drugs could cause hepatotoxicity. High-performance liquid chromatography was chosen for great ability to separate and analyse complex samples. Aim. The main aim of this work is to determine optimal conditions for paracetamol, naproxen and tramadol mixture isolation, identification and quantification using HPLC. Tasks. Prepare the methods for separation, identification and quantification of the paracetamol, naproxen and tramadol mixture using high performance liquid chromatography. Methods. High-performance liquid chromatography was used by Waters 2695 (separations module), detector by Waters 996 (photodiode array detector). For mobile phase was used sulfuric acid (0.5 mL 2.5 mol/L) in water (500 mL) - acetonitrile (A:B). [...].
