Abstract
The abdominal aorta aneurysms occur in 2 to 5% of the population over 60 years of age. Statistically, approximately 7% of the patients with the abdominal aorta aneurysms have biliary tract gallstones. The coexistence of the biliary tract disease and abdominal aorta aneurysm is causing serious problems to the vascular surgeon. The morbidity and mortality associated with the infection of the aortic graft requires concomitant biliary tract procedure to be performed. [...].
