Gydytojo ir paciento santykių etika yra aktuali tema šių dienų praktinėje medicinoje. Analizuojama radiologijos specializacijos ypatybių, tiesioginio sveikatai žalingų veiksnių, tarpdisciplininės etikos, klinicisto ir paciento santykių modelio įtaka gydytojo radiologo ir paciento santykiams. Aptariamos etinių sprendimų ypatybės skirtingais diagnostinio proceso etapais ir jų įtaka gydytojo ir paciento santykiams. Akcentuojama trišalių santykių: radiologo – paciento – klinicisto reikšmė diagnostinio proceso kokybei, tolesniam paciento ir klinicisto bendravimuir bei pagrindiniam medicinos tikslui – sveikatos gerinimui.
Ethic of patient - physician relationship is topical subject in nowadays practical medicine. Specifics of specialization, the use of direct inimical factors to one's health, the influence of multidisciplinary ethic and clinician- patient relationship model over radiologist- patient relationship is analysed. Specifics of ethical decisions in different stages of diagnostic procedure and their influence over patient- physician relationship is discussed. The radiologist – patient relationship is under the influence of the third person – the clinician, therefore it can be considered as trilateral relations. The value of three-sided radiologist- patient- clinician relationship upon diagnostic procedure, further patient- clinician communication and the leading purpose of medicine - tracing for health is emphasized.
