Abstract (lt)
An attempt was made to prognosticate the antiarrhythmic effect by means of sinus rhythm characteristics in the treatment of premature beats. Using the statistical algorithm of identification (computer Minsk-22) we automatically prognosticated the therapeutic effect of novocainamide (58 patients) and obzidan (78 patients). Right prognosis was achieved by means of rhytmographic indices in 90-95 per cent of cases. The data obtained allow us to suggest that this method gives a possibility to prognosticate the treatment of premature beats.
