Objective. The purpose of the study is evaluation of cardiovascular functional reserve based on the level of heart rate (HR) variability, haemodynamics and oxygen uptake responses to symptom-limited cardiopulmonary exercise test and use peculiarities of these values for optimising intensity of exercise training.
