Abstract (en)
Objective. The purpose of the study is evaluation of cardiovascular functional reserve based on the level of heart rate (HR) variability, haemodynamics and oxygen uptake responses to symptom-limited cardiopulmonary exercise test and use peculiarities of these values for optimising intensity of exercise training. Material and methods. Clinical investigation, followed by a typical instrumental examination (ECG, echocardiography, etc.), has been performed at the beginning of the study. [...].
