Recently, we have succeeded to arrest progression of central precocious puberty (CPP) secondary to uncompliant treatment of a boy with congenital adrenal hyperplasia using cyproterone acetate (CPA) [V.Matulevičius]. Additionally, I obtained proof of strong and long-standing inhibition of gonadotropins and testosterone after self-administration of 100 mg CPA daily for 4 days. [...].
