The article analyzes the pulse wave time in the arm with respect to the artery outside clamping strength. The usage of two-channel electroplethysmograph has enabled to register the pulse waves in period of air decompression in the areas of upper arm and forearm. the results have revealed the regular increasing of speed of the propagation of the pulse wave in consequence of the decreasing of artery clamping strength.
