Abstract (en)
Introduction The most aggressive glial tumor in the brain, glioblastoma (GBM), is incurable and resistant to current treatments. Treatment for GBM is extremely difficult because of tumor heterogeneity and resistance generated by glioma stem cells (GSCs). Aim To distinguish glioma stem cell specific lncRNAs associated with glioma malignancy.
