The aim of this study was to analyze the demographic clinical and treatment aspects, of myasthenia gravis (MG) patients at the HLUHS Kaunas clinics. Methods: a retrospective study was performed using case histories of patients with MG, who were treated at the HLUHS Kaunas Clinics within 2002-2012y. Results. A total 125 of new cases of MG were diagnosed during the study period. However the study included only those 74 patients who were tested for anti-acetylcholine receptor (anti-AchR) antibodies. 35.1% were females and 64.9% males. Mean age at onset was 56.5±19.0 years. First signs in 32.4% of patients were ocular symptoms, 67.6% MG present in generalized form. The Osserman-Genkins grade at onset was I in 32,4%, IIA in 52,7% and IIB in 14.9% of cases.
