The conference will take place online on the Teams platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year the conference is focused on food safety from the technological point of view. The focus topics listed below must be addressed as integral part of food safety context, ensuring protection of consumer health and promotion of sustainable and innovative practices in food production chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FOCUS&nbsp;TOPICS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toxic and harmful substances in food &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food fermentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valorization of food by-products and waste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Functional foods &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable food packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Date:<\/strong>\u00a0on 30 April 2025<br><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0online via Teams<br><strong>Program<\/strong>:\u00a0will be announced soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/lsmu.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/One-Health-Challenges-for-Food-Safety-Conference-Program-2025.pdf\">PROGRAMME<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oral (15 min) and flash presentations (5 min) are welcome.
