During the event, you will learn how to understand oneself better, find a balance between work and leisure, remain calm in dynamic present-day situations, and take care of your mental and physical well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LSMU Culture Week will offer the opportunity to slow down and enjoy earthly pleasures: real Italian pizza, interaction with animals, the excitement of participating in a competition, a quiz or an orienteering event, and the new experiences of visiting the University&#8217;s landmarks you haven&#8217;t seen before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s event is exceptional, because<strong> LSMU alumni community is gifting <\/strong>a two-day series of interactive <strong>workshops \u201cThe art of living in dynamic contemporary living conditions\u201d<\/strong>. It represents the origins of interwar medicine and incredible human stories: from the dramatic hiding of the remains of national heroes S. Darius and S.
