University\u2019s Erasmus outgoing coordinator must nominate the student directly to the one of the LSMU Erasmus incoming coordinators.<\/em> <em>Once the nomination is confirmed, a link to the registration form will be sent directly to the nominated student via email.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-css wp-custom-css-075fb8ab wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application and All modules have specific dates, and the study plan must be arranged accordingly. Students in their 1st to 3rd years can choose modules from the first three years, while senior students can choose from all study years. Modules with exact dates will be sent directly to the students after their nomination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faculty of Veterinary Medicine:<\/strong> you can choose modules from any year, but we will check if you are meeting the requirements of the module, and we strongly advise focusing on a single year to minimise the risk of schedule overlaps. Parts of the modules can be chosen, but please ask coordinator Gerda (gerda.grigaite@lsmu.lt) for the list. If a module spans the entire academic year, it cannot be taken for just one semester.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faculty of Pharmacy\/Odontology\/Public Health:<\/strong> you can choose modules from any year, but we strongly advise focusing on a single year to minimise the risk of schedule overlaps. If a module spans the entire academic year, it cannot be taken for just one semester.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faculty of Nursing:<\/strong> no overlaps are allowed, all courses have to be taken from the same semester, unless the student chooses only practice modules. In that case, it is possible to combine practice modules from different semesters.<\/p>\n<p>If any module description is needed, please contact one of the coordinators, indicating the module&#8217;s name and code. Then, the description will be sent directly via email.<\/p>\n<p>First, make sure to receive confirmation about your course selection from one of the Erasmus+ Coordinators at LSMU. Once confirmation is received, you will be able to collect signatures on your Learning Agreement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-c bordered \" id=\"tab-02\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose md:prose-lg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A traineeship can last from 2 months (no less than 60 days) up to 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations or individual requests for an Erasmus+ traineeship must be sent directly to the coordinator, Paulina, <strong>no later than 3 months before the planned period.<\/strong> When contacting, please indicate the student&#8217;s full name, current study year, planned mobility period (from\u2013to), and desired clinical department.<\/p>\n<p>If the department agrees to accept the student, a registration form for the Mobility Online system will be shared. The student should then complete the Learning Agreement. Once the clinic confirms that the proposed plan is suitable, the document can be signed by all parties. Please note that it may take <strong>up to 5 weeks<\/strong> to complete the documentation process.<\/p>\n<p>No acceptance letters are issued until all the required documentation has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Once the traineeship is completed, the <strong>\u201cAfter Mobility\u201d<\/strong> form must be completed. The form should be completed according to your Learning Agreement for Traineeships (LAT) and signed by your practice supervisor at LSMU.
