The aim is to strengthening emotional resilience and overall well-being through creative expression and guided reflection. The group provides a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts and feelings using various art-based techniques, while also gaining practical tools for coping with stress and enhancing self-awareness.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will have the opportunity to engage in both discussions and hands-on creative activities, fostering personal insight and shared experience within the group. We recommend attending the full cycle of sessions (5 sessions) to experience the maximum benefit of the group.
