Gyvensenos medicina. „Slaugytojų, dirbančių stacionariniuose skyriuose, darbe patiriamo subjektyviai suvokiamo streso poveikis jų gyvenimo kokybei“ magistro baigiamasis darbas. Ivanauskienė R. mokslinis vadovas dr. N. Mickuvienė; Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universitetas, Medicinos akademija, Visuomenės sveikatos fakultetas. Kaunas; 2019m. 61 puslapiai. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti slaugytojų, dirbančių stacionariniuose skyriuose, darbe patiriamo subjektyviai suvokiamo streso poveikį jų gyvenimo kokybei. Darbo uždaviniai:
- Įvertinti veiksnius, galimai susijusius su slaugytojų darbe patiriamu stresu;
- Įvertinti slaugytojų gyvenimo kokybę;
- Įvertinti slaugytojų darbe patiriamo streso sąsajas su gyvvenimo kokybe. Tyrimo metodika: Tyrimo objektas - psichiatrijos ir vidaus ligų skyrių slaugytojai dirbantys Respublikinėje Kauno ligoninėje. Buvo taikoma paprastoji atsitiktinė imtis, visi slaugytojai turėjo vienodą galimybę dalyvauti atliekamame tyrime. Iš viso išdalinta 200 anketų, tyrimo pabaigoje gautos 185 anketos. Galutinė imtis – 185 respondentai. Tyrimo rezultatams gauti sudaryta anoniminė anketa, kurią sudaro 3 dalys, klausimai pateikti raštu. Anketos sudarytos remiantis Lietuvos ir užsienio šalių autorių litertūra. Atliktas kiekybinis tyrimas.
Lifestyle medicine. “The Impact of the Subjectively Perceived Stress Experienced at Work by the Nurses Working in In-patient Departments on the Quality of Their Life”. Graduation paper of a Master. R. Ivanauskiene. Research adviser Dr. N. Mickuviene; Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Medical Academy, Faculty of Public Health. Kaunas; 2019. 61 pages. The aim of the paper – to analyze the impact of the subjectively perceived stress experienced at work by the nurses working in in-patient departments on the quality of their life. The tasks of the paper:
- To evaluate the factors possibly related with the stress experienced by the nurses at work;
- To evaluate the quality of life of the nurses;
- To evaluate the relation of the stress experienced at work by the nurses with the quality of life. The methodology of research: The object of research - nurses of Psychiatric and Internal Diseases Departments working at Republican Hospital of Kaunas. Simple random sample was applied, all the nurses had an equal opportunity to participate in the conducted research. Totally 200 questionnaires were handed out, at the end of the research 185 questionnaires were returned. The final sample has been 185 respondents. To achieve the results of the research an anonymous questionnaire has been worked out, it consists of 3 parts, questions in writing. The questionnaires have been worked out following the literature of Lithuanian and foreign states authors. Quantitative correlation research has been conducted. The statistical analysis of the obtained data has been made employing SPSS 17.0 for Windows and MS Excel 2010 software packages, for the establishment of statistically significant differences Mann –Whiny or Kruskal – Wallis criterion p, for establishment of connections Spearman correlation coefficient r, for the establishment of influence monomial linear regression was employed. Results: The nurses which have participated in the research averagely evaluate their condition of health well (n=178) and that means that the estimate of the subjectively perceived stress is low. The married nurses or nurses living in domestic partnership treat stress by a higher estimate than the nurses which are single. It has been established that the estimate of the subjectively perceived stress is related with the evaluation of health, as (p<0.05). The sociodemographic factors (age, length of service, education, load of work, number of children) are negatively related with the quality of the life of the nurses. The evaluation of the subjectively perceived stress does not depend on the profile of the department in which they are working. The stress estimate of nurses is equal in both Psychiatric and Internal Diseases Departments.
Conclusions: The stress subjectively perceived by the nurses of Psychiatric and Internal Diseases Departments influences the quality of their life. The less perceived stress significant related with the better condition of health and the condition of health is directly related with the quality of life. The estimate of the subjectively perceived stress is equal irrespective of the profile of the department in which the nurses are working.
