Abstract
Using the method of radial immunodiffusion according to Mancini, a study was carried out on the quantitative composition of the main classes of immunoglobulins in the serum of venous blood of 24 patients with gingivitis and 55 patients with parodontosis as well as in the serum of capillary blood of the gums of patients with parodontosis. Data of immunologic investigations of the serum of venous blood from 38 donors with intact parodontium served as control. [...].
