Introduction: Coronary artery disease is a leading cause of death in the world. While there are lots of different diagnostic procedures and treatment strategies, coronary artery pathology still poses challenges for doctors and patients. So it is very important to detect coronary artery damage at early stages in order to choose the best treatment. One of new fast evolving diagnostic test for coronary arteries is non - invasive coronary computed tomography angiography. Aim of the study: is to compare coronary angiography (CA) and coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) possibilities in determining the degree of coronary artery damage. [...].
