Abstract (en)
Technology of purified oxitocin nasal drops was developed and stability testing using HPLC was performed. It was determined that preparation is stable for 18 months (period of observation). Commision of Clinical trials gave the permission to carry out clinical trials of Lactocin (nasal drops brand name). Vasopressin nasal drops tests were performed and are to be continued.
