Lymohoproliferative and myeloproliferative disorders together are rare, but in some earlier reported cases this occurence was described like simultaneous or spontaneous. The main question is still unclear: it is possible that these two disorders are the result of a common stem cell proliferation with distinct cell lines or these two distinct disorders are from different clones. We report a case of patient, with a sixteen year history of polycythemia vera and cronic lymphocytic leukemia which were clearly established by laboratory tests and bone biopsy with surface markers. A 66-year-old man with a sicten year history of polycythemia vera which was treated with Hydroxycarbamide had progressive pain under the left rib cage and dyspnea. To find out the cause some tests were performed: during physical examination were found, enlargedspleen lymph nodes in armpits. [...].
