Aim of a research was to test effect of nutritional factor on calves growth dynamics and health at the 1, 7 and 30 their age day. Using principle of analogues dairy calves (n=10) were divided into two groups. Calves of control group 1st till 3nd age day received colostrum ad libitum, and calves of the second group were fed with milk replacer. From 4th age day calves of both groups received milk replacer, concentrated feed and from 14th age day hay. It was found that colostrum feeding within 1 hour after born had an impact on calves growth dynamics at the first 30 days their life. Weight of the first group calves from the 1st till 30th day age increased by 7.1 kg, and weight of the second groups calves from the 1st till 7th day of their life decreased by 5.24 kg, what affected their further growth rate. Haematological blood indicators showed that number of lymphocytes in the blood of 1st group calves on 7th their life day was 0.96x10⁹ l less than 2nd group peers calves, erythrocytes respectively 0.56x10¹² l less comparing with 2nd group peers calves, hemoglobin concentration - 8g/l lower than in the 2nd group peers calves.
