Aim: cover and heal big traumatic wound in woman, who was attacked by a bear and sustained head injury having her scalp totally torn away. Methods: wound area was big and could not be fully covered using one reconstruction method. We used combination of various methods to reduce and later cover open area of the wound. [...].
