Introduction: Hepatosplenomegaly (HSM) is a polyetiological disorder and determining the cause can sometimes be difficult. People with neurofibrromatosis type 1 have an increased risk of developing cancerous tumors that grow along nerves, also other cancers, for instance, leukaemia, which can manifest as hepatosplenomegaly. But despite a risk factors, it is always important to think wider and look for aother possible causes. Case report: A 14-year-old boy presented to the hospital with nausea, repetive vomiting, shortness of breath, abdominal pain under the right arc of the ribs and intolerance of physical activity.
