Methods: Annual results of consecutive group of 67 patients with double and triple vessel disease underwent a coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) procedure using both thoracic and gastroepiploric artery. This group consisted of 60 men and 7 women whose ages ranged from 45 to 75 years (mean age 55,5 years). 43 had double-vessel disease and 24 had triple-vessel disease. 1 patient underwent reoperation.
