Thesis goal – to explore influence of hydrophilic polymer of polyacrylic acid to satbility of emulsion. Thesis object – polymeric emulsifier Pemulen TR-1 of polyacrylic acid. After exploring pH meanings of water polymeric dispersion it was noticed, that increasing concentration of polymer (0.2%-0.6%) pH value dicreases (aproximately 11 %). Exploring influence of concentration of lipophilic phase on pH meaning it was stated that its change does not have important influence on pH value. It was noticed, that increasing concentration of polymer emulsifier viscosity of water polymeric dispersion increases accordingly. After reserching viscosity of emulsion the results were as follows that neutralized by 18% NaOH solution they have bigger viscosity, than those neutralized by 10% triethylamine solution. After measuring the size of emulsion droplets by optical mycroscope it was noticed, that emulsion neutralized by 10% TEA solution, particles, which are 0.5-1.0 μm in width are 24-25% more than emulsions‘, neutralized by 18% NaOH solution. After compleating centrifugation test instability features noticed in emulsifiers, neutralized by 10% trolamine solution. Cooling-freezing cycle research revealed that the most stable emulsion is the one made using 0.6% polymeric emulsifier and neutralized by 18% NaOH solution. After studying emusifiers with different pH value, it can be stated that pH value has an important influence on viscosity of emulsion. Emulsions made using non ionogenic PAM (Tween 85) have higher dispersion degree than controling sample. Emulsion made by using 0.07% Tween 85 has the highest dispersion. Exploring emulsions by viscometric method it was found that viscosity increases by increas of non ionogenic PAM concentration. After measuring particles of emulsions it was noticed, that the most stable emulsion is the one kept in 2-8°C, and the least stable emulsion is kept in 30°C temperature. After 28 d
