Goal of study: Aimof the studyis to ascertain the quality and continuity of the post-operative analgesia. Materials and Methods: Approved by local Ethics Committee. 01.07-31.07, 2016 Prospective analysis of 106 pts after general anaesthesia. Departments of Surgery, Urology, Plastic Surgery -24 and 72 h follow up. Dosage, range of analgesics, pain scores (VAS 0-10). SPSS 23 used for statistics *p<0.05. Results:•Median Pain Intensity in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) 1.2 VAS scores •Ranges 0 –6 scores •Assessed in 88.6% of cases in PACU •No assessment in Surgical Units (SU).
