Introduction. Decrease of person's physical activity seen as arising problem (Grinienė and Zachovajevas, 2008). As noted by Volbekiene (2004) person usually is not able to find time for physical activity and active leisure. Scientists argue that physical activity is considered to be one of the most effective ways to improve one's health (Karbočienė and Mikelionienė, 2009). Passive way of life leads to physical tension, emotional and mental disorders (Ebert, 1999). Increasing speed of life and lack of time force to look for means to improve person's physical state and self development. The aim of the research to evaluate the effect of yoga 23 to participant's physical fitness. The objectives of the research: 1. Evaluate effect of yoga 23 to flexibility. 2.
