Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the different anaesthesia techniques during major pelvic ring surgery. Materials and Methods: Retrospective analysis was carried out in Kaunas Medical University Hospital. 85 patients after pelvic ring trauma were analyzed, time period 2003-2009. Results. Of all 85 patients 70 (82.4%) were polytraumatic, 15 (17.6%) - had isolated pelvic ring trauma. Age average 40 ± 14.8 years. According to ASA classification 3 (3.5%) spinal-epidural anaesthesia.
