Methods of image arithmetic combined with methods of mathematical morphology were used to evaluate the morphometrical parameters of cultured cells exposing them to various substances. Quantitative evaluation of dynamics of morphometrical parameters of the cells help to reveal and evaluate cell reaction to the applied substances.
