According to medical task formalization any diagnostic system consists of four basic elements: 1. Description of initial data with relevance to the problem. 2. Classification strategy to solve the given diagnostic task. 3. Relation between initial data and results of diagnostic procedures. 4. Sufficient pool of data material for the development and testing of the system. Our aim was the development of an improved system for computerized analysis of heart rhythm based on synchronous registration of surface and esophageal ECG. Приводится алгоритм компьютерной системы анализа сердечного ритма с пищеводной и поверхностной ЭКГ. Описываются основные принципы его построения м структура. Показана возможность диагностики сложных нарушений ритма.
