Žmogaus hemodinamikos rodiklių kaita taikant lokalų temperatūrinį poveikį

Abstract

The temperature is one of the most important factor, from wich depend the physiological processes occuring in the organizms of animal and human. The aim of this study was to evaluate the dynamic’s peculiarity of the haemodynamics indices for women and men following local heating, cooling and variable termal heating-cooling application. 45 persons (21 women and 24 men) of the similar age and physical ability without clinical disorder participated in this investigation. The computerised equipment, supported by the thermoelectrical moduls, which allows to quickly cool and heat the influenced area was used in this study. The following functional parameters were estimated in this work: the heart beat rate, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure at the rest and after the each influence in three position of the right arm: in the upper arm, the wrist and the indicating finger. The study results shown, that the cooling application had the biggest influence to the human’s haemodynamics indices.
