Abstract
Human functional possibilities closely linked with the changes of the arterial blood pressure. At rest it is simply measurable, but during physical activity it is sometimes even impossible. The aim of the study was to investigate the possibility to evaluate the systolic blood pressure during physical activity with electrocardiographic parameters – heart rate and JT interval. For the evaluation of the systolic blood pressure the functional relation between double product and JT interval was studied. The relation was approximated by hyperbolic function using the least squares method for different age men and women. We used these functional indexes during load: the heart rate, the systolic arterial blood pressure, JT interval at rest and in each level of load. We found, that it is possible to approximate the relation between double product, and JT interval by hyperbolic function during physical load, accuracy of approximation was more than 95 %. Using obtained functional approximation (from first test) we calculated the systolic blood pressure for second test. The accuracy for systolic blood pressure prediction was 15 %.
