Aim of the research was to evaluate psycho-physiological effect of hatha yoga in healthy subjects. The study was made in Lithuania, Kaunas "Jogos studija" in 2011-2013. We examined 40 healthy persons, who are regularly practising hatha yoga. Persons were divided into two groups: beginners (regularly practicing yoga not more than 1 year) (n=22) and advanced (regularly practicing yoga at least 2 years) (n=18) yoga practitioners.
