People with chronic painful conditions often find movement difficult, painful or both. The most common chronic painful condition is back pain. According to L. moseley, patients with chronic back pain find movements of their lumbo-pelvic region more difficult than people without back pain. B.M. Wand says that patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain reports less increase in pain when moving in an environment that enables them to visualize their back. [...].
