The aim of this study was to establish effectiveness of kinesiotherapy procedures wearing the physiological footwear to the patients after the knee replacement and to the non-operated patients with the knee pain. In this study were estimated muscular strength (Lovett scale), soreness of the joint function (visual analog scale (VAS) for pain), the able distance to go (pedometer). Also was used the Bristol scale protocol. From patient's case – histories were electived these data: age, sex, height, weight. During the first days in the second rehabilitation period in the all patients groups indicators of the muscular strength and the soreness of the joint function did not differ significantly (p<0.05). At the end of the second rehabilitation period we found that the indicators of the muscular strength in the operated patients whom were applied standard kinesiotherapy methods with exercises wearing physiological footwear were statistically significantly more than in the same group pateints whom such exercises were not applied (p<0.05). The soreness of joint function indicators in the all patients group whom were applied standard kinesiotherapy methods with exercises wearing physiological footwear were statistically significantly less than in the same groups patients whom such exercises were not applied (p<0.05). At the end of the second rehabilitation period the able distance to go in the all group patients whom were applied standard kinesiotherapy methods with exercises wearing physiological footwear were statistically significantly more than in the same groups patients whom such exercises were not applied (p<0.05).
