Abstract: Research aim. To assess functional movements, health status and level of fatigue of Lithuanian women's baskelball league teams and it dependence from the level of excellence. Research methods. The study involved Lithuanian female basketball league players. A Total number of players were 102. All players completed pre-participation health questionnaire. Where was asked about them fatigue and about their injuries and illnesses. Also players had to do the "Y" balance test" which was used to assess player's dynamic balance. Subject stands with the right foot on the center foot plate and the most distal aspect of the subject's barefoot at the starting line. There trials were completed in aech direction ( anterior, posteromedial, posterolateral). The same process was repeated using the contralateral limb as the stance limb. All participants performed the FMS tests. The FMS is a comprehemsive screen to assess the quality of fundamental movement patterns for presumably identifying an individual's physical limitations or asymmetries. [...]
