    Lung cancer is the second most common cancer diagnosed and the first one in estimated deaths. Our study aims to evaluate patients with Stage Ib to IIIa lung adenocarcinoma, to identify the sociodemographic and morphologic characteristics of the patients, to assess tendencies and the potential relevance of morphological status of the resected neoplasia and associated lymph nodes for the prognosis of the affected patients.
