Abstract
Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti dailės terapijos poveikį asmenų, priklausomų nuo alkoholio, psichoemocinei būklei.
Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti asmenų, priklausomų nuo alkoholio, psichoemocinę būklę prieš taikant dailės terapiją. 2. Nustatyti dailės terapijos poveikį asmenų, priklausomų nuo alkoholio, psichoemocinės būklės kaitai.
3. Nustatyti depresijos, nerimo ir psichikos sveikatos sąsajas asmenims, priklausomiems nuo alkoholio. Tyrimo klausimas. Kaip kinta formalieji piešinio elementai taikant dailės terapiją?
Tyrimo metodai. Mišrusis tyrimas, taikant sociodemografinį klausimyną, Beko testą – depresijos simptomų stiprumui vertinti, GAD-7 skalę – nerimo simptomų stiprumui vertinti, WEMWB skalę – psichikos sveikatos vertinimui, piešinio kaitos analizę, remiantis formaliųjų piešinio elementų analizės metodu.
Tyrimo dalyviai. 27 asmenys, priklausomi nuo alkoholio. Atranka – tikslinė, pagal asmenų pareikštą norą dalyvauti tyrime.
Tyrimo rezultatai. Įvertinus tiriamųjų psichoemocinę būklę, rezultatai parodė, kad po dailės terapijos mažėja depresijos, nerimo simptomų stiprumas, gerėja psichikos sveikata, piešiniuose nustatyta formaliųjų piešinio elementų kaita.
Išvados. Įvertinus asmenų, priklausomų nuo alkoholio, psichoemocinę būklę prieš dailės terapiją, buvo nustatyti silpnai išreikšti depresijos simptomai, lengvi nerimo simptomai ir vidutiniška psichikos sveikata. Po dailės terapijos sesijų asmenims, priklausomiems nuo alkoholio, statistiškai reikšmingai mažėja depresijos ir nerimo simptomų stiprumas, gerėja psichikos sveikata. Nustatytas statistiškai reikšmingas teigiamas ryšys tarp depresijos ir nerimo simptomų. Asmenų, priklausomų nuo alkoholio, piešiniuose pakito šie formalieji elementai: spalva, erdvė, kompozicija, popieriaus dydis, dailės priemonių pasirinkimas, įsitraukimas į piešimo ir verbalinio dalijimosi procesą. Rekomendacijos. Remiantis gautais rezultatais, rekomenduojama dailės terapiją taikyti asmenims, priklausomiems nuo alkoholio, ir įvertinti ilgalaikį dailės terapijos poveikį tokiems asmenims didesnėje imtyje.
Research purpose: The aim of the study is to assess the impact of art therapy on the psychoemotional status of alcohol addicts and the expression of their drawings. Research tasks and questions. Tasks: 1. Evaluate psychoemotional state of alcohol addicts before the intervention of art therapy. 2. Determine the impact of art therapy on the psychoemotional condition of alcohol addicts. Question: How do the formal elements of drawing change after applying art therapy?
Research methods. Mixed study, using the socio-demographic questionnaire, BDI test - assessment of the potency of depression, Gad – 7 for anxiety disorders, WEMWBS – Mental Well – being Scale and the change in alcohol adicts drawings expression, based on the method of analysis of the formal drawing elements.
Research participants. 27 alcohol addicts. Targeted selection in used for participation in the study.
Research results. Comparing and discussing the results, the change in the psychoemotional state and the expression of their drawings was revealed. After evaluating the psychoemotional state of the alcohol addicts and their drawings, the results showed that after art therapy, the intensity of depression and anxiety symptoms decreases, mental health improves, and changes in formal drawing elements are detected in the drawings.
Conclusion. Mild symptoms of depression and anxiety and moderate mental health were identified in an assessment of the psychoemotional state of alcohol addicts prior to art therapy. After art therapy sessions, there is a statistically significant decrease in the severity of depressive and anxiety symptoms and increase mental health in alcohol addicts. A statistically significant positive association was found between depressive and anxiety symptoms. The following formal elements have changed in the drawings of alcohol addicts: color, space, composition, paper size, choice of art tools, involvement in the process of drawing and verbal sharing.
Recomendations. Based on the results of the reasearch, it is recommended to apply art therapy to alcohol adicts and to evaluate the long-term effects of art therapy on alcohol addicts in a larger population.
