Board Member of the LSMU Alumni Association Recognised by the Lithuanian Business Women’s Network
Dr Rima Balanaškienė, CEO of UAB Aconitum and a board member of the LSMU Alumni Association, has received an award from the Lithuanian Business Women’s Network for her leadership and achievements in business.
She is an inspiring role model in leadership, demonstrating how scientific expertise, innovation and a strong sense of social responsibility can turn into a successful and globally recognised enterprise.
Her decisions shape the path of Aconitum every day – from developing science-based products to opening new markets. Today, the company to more than 80 countries, and its portfolio includes around 800 different products, ranging from advanced supplements to prescription medicines.
The success formula of Aconitum is grounded not only in the results, but also in social responsibility: last year alone, it donated more than €33,000 to charity, and the innovative solutions created by its scientists continue contributing to the development of a more sustainable future.
