Additional Call for ERASMUS+ Exchange Studies and Erasmus+ Exchange Traineeships for 2024/2025 Academic Year

Do not miss this great opportunity to study or have a practice at a foreign university or institution of your choice!

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• ≥7 average grade at LSMU
• No academic debts
• Good foreign language skills
• Motivation
• Enrolled in one of the LSMU study programmes (any cycle)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM AND UPLOAD NECESSARY DOCUMENTS BY 6 OCTOBER

• 1^st step: Fill out the main application form on the Mobility-Online platform (link). 
• 2^nd step: Log In to your Mobility-Online account, fill out the section of personal information, and upload necessary documents.
• 3^rd step: Wait for the approval from the LSMU International Relations and Study Centre coordinator.

2. TAKE A FOREIGN LANGUAGE EXAM, IF APPLICABLE (the exact date will be announced later)

WHO DOES NOT NEED TO TAKE a foreign language (English, German, French) exam?

• International students (for English language studies/traineeships only).
• Native speakers of the language.
• Applicants already holding a language certificate B2 level or higher.
• Applicants who have already received a final grade for a professional language module.

3. WAIT FOR THE RESULTS BY 20 OCTOBER!

Additional information about ERASMUS+ STUDIES:

• choose a Host university only from the Erasmus+ Partners list (link);
• before filling out the application – review the compatibility of the study programme and study subjects at LSMU and the Host university.

Additional information about ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIPS:

• applications for the voluntary traineeship (summer 2024 & 2025), traineeship embedded in the curriculum 2024/2025 and the graduate traineeship* are accepted;
• it is recommended for students to find a place for practice by themselves** or to choose from the Erasmus+ Partners list (link) on the LSMU web page;
• during the mobility, you can be a trainee only at one institution at a time.

* Applications for the Erasmus+ graduate traineeship have to be submitted during the last year of studies at LSMU.
** The receiving traineeship institution can be a university hospital, or any public or private institution related to your field of studies.

Extra parts of a point are awarded to the applicants who meet one or more of the following additional criteria:

• Participation in LSMU Erasmus mentoring activities for at least two semesters;
• Participation in Erasmus+ mobility for the first time;
• Applicant intends to do an Erasmus+ mobility in other country than his/her country of origin;
• Applicant finds a place for their Erasmus+ traineeship by themselves, uploads a screenshot of the confirmation either by email or by official letter to Mobility Online, and submits it together with the online application (this applies for Erasmus+ traineeships only).
