Lecture Series on E. Levinas’ Philosophy by prof. S. Goodhart (USA) at LSMU
Prof. S. Goodhart is a globally acclaimed scholar with seven books and over a hundred essays on literature, philosophy, and Jewish studies to his name. He is also one of the founders of the North American Levinas Society.
During his visit, Professor Goodhart will deliver a series of five captivating public lectures and an interdisciplinary workshop to explore the connections between E. Levinas’ ideas, medical ethics, and the Western literary tradition, and to uncover the question of infinite responsibility for the other individual.
