II International Online Conference “One Health: Challenges for Food Safety”

We invite you to participate in the II International Online Conference “One Health: Challenges for Food Safety”, organised by the Department of Food Safety and Quality of the Veterinary Academy (Lithuanian University of Health Sciences) and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences. The conference will take place online on the Teams platform.

This year the conference is focused on food safety from the technological point of view. The focus topics listed below must be addressed as integral part of food safety context, ensuring protection of consumer health and promotion of sustainable and innovative practices in food production chain.

FOCUS TOPICS

  • Toxic and harmful substances in food  
  • Food fermentation
  • Valorization of food by-products and waste
  • Functional foods  
  • Sustainable food packaging

Oral (15 min) and flash presentations (5 min) are welcome. Please submit your abstract for the presentation at food.safety@lsmu.lt. More information about abstract requirements here.
