As is customary, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) will host Culture Week from 12 to 16 May. The purpose of this event is to unite the university community and encourage them to break away from their daily routines and participate in cultural events.
Quiet Escapes is this year’s Culture Week theme, encouraging everyone to take a break and learn new strategies for living a healthy existence. In addition to studying different relaxation techniques, we will also learn how to take care of ourselves, maintain composure in dynamic modern settings, and strike a balance between work and play.
LSMU Culture Week will provide an opportunity to pause and savour earthly delights, such as interacting with animals, participating in an engaging competition, and experiencing new things through excursions to as-yet-undiscovered locations inside the University and Kaunas city.
