The Composition of the Fourth Council of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences has been Announced

The Chairperson of the Senate of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU), Prof. Jūratė Macijauskienė, officially announced the composition of the newly formed Fourth University Council.

The following members will begin their work on the Fourth Council (2026–2030): Ramūnas Audzevičius, Olivija Dobilienė, Donatas Jankevičius, Ieva Kasradzė, Arūnas Rutkauskas, Gintaras Skorupskas, Arimantas Tamašauskas, Darius Zubas, Rasa Želvytė, Remigijus Žaliūnas, Martynas Žilinskas.

“I am delighted that the Fourth Council brings together strong academic competence, business experience, and a broad social perspective. The Third Council had to work under extremely difficult conditions, addressing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s unprovoked aggression against Ukraine. We wish the Fourth Council as smooth an implementation of its plans as possible and as few surprises as possible,” says Prof. Jūratė Macijauskienė, Chairperson of the LSMU Senate.

The Lithuanian University of Health Sciences is the region’s largest specialised university of health sciences that basis its activity on the respect for life, the principles of one health and unity of science, studies and healthcare.
