Property Management and Administrative Services Division

The Property Management and Administrative Services Division of the Infrastructure Management Service ensures the efficient, economical and effective use and administration of the University’s assets. The Division organises accommodation for students (including degree students, course participants and other residents) in the halls of residence, recreational facilities and other University premises, ensures the quality of living and recreational conditions, and maintains the buildings and surrounding areas under its responsibility.

The Division also provides transport services. It organises chauffeur-driven transport for members of staff and other authorised persons and, subject to prior reservation, makes University vehicles available for self-drive use for work-related purposes.
