We cordially invite you to attend the 3rd International Conference “Veterinary Today – Biosecurity and Animal Welfare Stereotypes and Standards”.
Researchers in the field of veterinary medicine, students, veterinary practitioners, farmers, and other individuals interested in this area are invited to participate and/or present their research and share their experience on all aspects of large animal biosecurity and animal welfare.
The Conference will address the following research topics:
- Biosecurity
- Infectious Diseases
- Antimicrobial Resistance
- Animal Welfare

Format: In-person
Certificates: Conference participants will be issued LVGA-registered certificates of continuing professional development for 7 academic hours, including: 2 hours in infectious disease surveillance, prevention and control (5.1.3), 1 hour in the rational use of antimicrobial agents in veterinary medicine (5.1.4), and 4 hours in animal welfare and protection (5.1.5).

The conference is organised by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences.
