The Faculty of Public Health at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) invites you to a community event dedicated to the International Day of Families “One Health – One Wellbeing: Nature, Human, Animal. Family Festival”!
This is a continuation of the “One Health” community hike held in November 2025, which brought together around 70 participants. This year, we are expanding the initiative into a family festival format, inviting even more community members and their loved ones to enjoy an active and meaningful time together.
What to expect?
- “Health Treasure Hunt” – an interactive orienteering hike in Panemunė Forest (~5 km)
- Thematic stations on health, physical activity, animals, environment, and community
- A guided warm-up session
- Activities on healthy nutrition and sustainability
- Activities with and about animals
- A children’s activity zone
- A welcoming, community-focused atmosphere for all ages
